Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, with a little extra time needed for personalized items (usually 2–4 days).
Delivery typically takes 2–4 days within Spain and 3–10 days across the EU. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items. Personalized items can only be returned if faulty.

Every product is made from carefully chosen, sustainably sourced materials.
Acacia wood, natural slate, and borosilicate glass. Each piece is unique, with its own natural colors and grain patterns.

• Acacia wood: Sustainably sourced from reputable suppliers and finished with food-safe oil. To keep it looking its best, hand wash with mild soap, never soak, and dry straight away. Oil occasionally to maintain its natural beauty and durability.
• Slate: Natural stone that should be cleaned by hand with soap and water. Avoid soaking to protect the stone’s surface.
• Borosilicate glass: durable glass that is dishwasher safe and allows easy cleaning.

If your product is engraved, we recommend using the engraved side for serving and the other side for cutting to keep your design looking sharp.
